My driver is stuck in traffic, what do I do?

Traffic happens! If your driver appears to be stationary or the ETA is increasing:

• Check the Map: You can see your driver’s real-time progress.

• Wait 5-10 Minutes: ETAs are estimates. Most delays resolve quickly.

• Contact Support: If the driver hasn't moved for more than 15 minutes, use the Help button in the order screen to chat with a support agent.
