Safety First: If you suspect the presence of an allergen, stop eating the item immediately. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, contact emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.
Report the Incident: Once safe, go to Orders, select the order, and tap Help > Food Safety Issue.
Provide Details: Describe the issue (e.g., "Found peanuts in the Satay despite 'No Nuts' instruction"). Please upload a photo of the dish and the receipt.
Resolution: Our Safety Team will investigate the incident with the restaurant. You may be eligible for a full refund for the affected items.
