How to add an allergy request to your order

We want to make sure your meal is prepared exactly how you need it. To ensure the restaurant is aware of your food allergies, follow these steps before checking out:

1. Select your item: Once you tap on a dish, look for the "Special Instructions" or "Allergy Requests" section.

2. Toggle the Allergy Feature: If available, select the specific allergens from our checklist (e.g., Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, Gluten).

3. Add Detail: Use the text box to specify the severity (e.g., "Severe peanut allergy, please use clean utensils").

4. Call to Confirm: For life-threatening allergies, we highly recommend using the "Call Restaurant" button on the store page to speak with the chef directly after placing your order.

Note: Allergy requests may not be available for all restaurants. If you do not see an allergy section, the restaurant may not be able to guarantee an allergen-free environment.
